    50ml The Broody Hen

    Top with Ginger Ale in a highball with ice

    Garnish with orange peel

  • The Crack of Dawn

    Ingredients:

    50ml The Broody Hen

    25ml Lemon Juice

    1 tsp Marmalade

    Topped with Soda Water

    Method:

    In the shaker add The Broody Hen, fresh lemon juice and marmalade. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a highball glass and top with soda water.

  • The Broody Sour

    Ingredients:

    50ml The Broody Hen

    25ml Simple Syrup

    25ml Lemon Juice

    1 Egg White (or aquafaba)

    Method:

    In a shaker add The Broody Hen, simple syrup, lemon juice and egg white and shake without ice for 30 seconds. Add ice to your shaker and shake for a further 10 seconds. Double strain into a coupe or martini glass.

    Garnish with Angostura Bitters.

  • Rob Roy

    Ingredients:

    50ml The Broody Hen

    25ml Sweet Vermouth

    2 Dashes Orange Bitters

    Method:

    In a mixing glass add all ingredients. Stir with ice for 30 seconds. Strain into a coupe or martini glass.

    Garnish with orange peel.
