In 2018 we were producing oak-aged gins, in casks from the Highlands, Islands and Lowlands of Scotland. While searching for casks that would add character and personality to our gins, our journey took us to whisky distilleries in the Highlands.

The Broody Hen 10 Year-Old Single Malt

    Aroma of vanilla toffee, apple pie and brown sugar.

    Extremely smooth texture that's sweet to taste.

  • Finish

    Kitchen spices and a hint of peat-smoke

The Broody Hen Blended Scotch Whisky

    Delicately light honey and butterscotch aroma.

  • Palate

    Burst of delectable caramel, vanilla and manuka honey.

  • Finish

    A kick of spice like french toast with a sprinkle of cinnamon
